Sarkow er en beboelse i bydelen Leißnitz i den amtsfrie by Friedland i Landkreis Oder-Spree. Sarkow var indtil sammenslutningen med Leißnitz i 1939 en selvstændig kommune. I slutningen af middelalderen og i den tidlige moderne tid var Sarkow et len tilhørende den i Böhmen bosiddende grevslige familie von Sternberg.
Sarkow ligger på en afrundet halvø, der strækker sig ind i Schwielochsee, cirka 4 km sydvest for kernebyen Friedland. Jordområdet grænsede i nordvest til Glowe, i nord til Leißnitz og i øst til kernebyen Friedland. Den direkte tilgrænsende Schwielochsee mod syd tilhører fuldt ud kommunen Schwielochsee. Mod øst dannede Dammmühlenfließ en kort strækning grænsen til jordområdet.
