Skt. Johannes Kirke i Eppinghoven er den romersk-katolske sognkirke i Eppinghoven, en bydel i Dinslaken. Den er viet til evangelisten Johannes. Før kirken blev bygget, stod der en kapel på stedet, som første gang er dokumenteret i et pantbrev fra 1226. Omkring 1450 blev kirken derefter opført, og på grund af den hurtigt voksende menighed blev den udvidet i 1927–1928. Siden 2011 har den været en del af storsognet og sjælesørgerheden Skt. Vincentius i Dinslaken, som strækker sig over hele byområdet.
