Diakoni Stetten, tidligere kendt som Anstalt Stetten, er en institution for Diakoni i de evangeliske kirker med hjemsted i landsbyen Stetten i Remstal, en del af kommunen Kernen im Remstal i Rems-Murr-Kreis nær Stuttgart.
Diakoni Stetten opstod fra den helbredende og plejeinstitution for udviklingshæmmede børn, som blev grundlagt i 1849 i Riet nær Vaihingen/Enz af den Tübinger læge Georg Friedrich Müller med tre handicappede børn. I 1851 flyttede man af pladsmæssige årsager til Winterbach. Efter at der også dér blev for lidt plads på grund af stigende antal beboere, formidlede Müllers svigersøn Johannes Landenberger i 1863 købet af det tomme slot Stetten fra det württembergiske kongehus. I 1864 åbnede den helbredende og plejeinstitution for epileptikere og udviklingshæmmede på Stettener slot.
