Wolfsbrunnen er en historisk brøndanlæg i Heidelberg-Schlierbach. Den står under beskyttelse.
I en kilde-rig dal, der stejlt falder fra klippehavet ved Königstuhl mod nord til Neckar og den dengang fiske-landsby Schlierbach, lod kurfyrst Friedrich II. omkring år 1550 bygge en lysthus med brønd og vandspil. Der fandtes engang også tre fiske-søer der, som stadig delvist kan genkendes i dag. Dalen af Schlierbach, som ligger omtrent to kilometer øst for Heidelbergs slot, kunne nås herfra via en gammel højderute, den nuværende Schloss-Wolfsbrunnenweg. Navnet på brønden stammer sandsynligvis fra kurfyrstens ulvekreds, der fordrede og fangede ulve.
