Jade Innovationscenteret ligger i Nordsebyen Wilhelmshaven i delstaten Niedersachsen. JIZ er et regionalt knudepunkt for netværk mellem videnskab og erhvervsliv samt en drivkraft for stiftelser og virksomhedsetableringer.
Jade Innovationscenteret ligger på Emsstraße i den sydlige del af Wilhelmshaven. Det blev åbnet i begyndelsen af 2006 under navnet BioTechnologie Zentrum, hvor det primært fokuserede på bioteknologiske virksomheder og indhold. I 2010 blev spektret udvidet til "Bio- og/eller Teknologi" og omdøbt til det nuværende navn. Indtil sammenlægningen med WFG Wirtschaftsförderung in Wilhelmshaven GmbH i 2014 blev JIZ drevet af Biosphere AG. Siden 2011 har videnskabelige arbejdsgrupper fra Carl von Ossietzky Universitetet i Oldenburg også haft til huse i centret.
