Ansbach Station er det centrale trafikknudepunkt i byen Ansbach. Her krydser de to hovedlinjer Nürnberg–Crailsheim og Treuchtlingen–Würzburg.
Ansbachs forbindelse til jernbanen blev etableret med en lejejernbane, der forbandt Ansbach med Gunzenhausen, der ligger på Ludwig-Syd-Nord-banen, over en længde af 28 kilometer og blev åbnet den 1. juli 1859. I 1869 var strækningen så befordringsdygtig fra Würzburg til Treuchtlingen. I 1875 kom strækningen fra Nürnberg til, som i 1876 blev forlænget over statsgrænsen til Crailsheim. I 1903 blev jernbanestrækningen Leutershausen-Wiedersbach–Bechhofen åbnet, hvis tog, almindeligt kaldt Bechhöfer Boggala, for det meste blev afsendt til Ansbach. Dog blev den allerede nedlagt den 28. november 1966.
