Den tidligere synagoge i Lohr am Main, en by i den underfrankiske Landkreis Main-Spessart i Bayern, blev indrettet i et hus bygget i 1732. Den profanede synagoge på Fischergasse 32 er et beskyttet bygningsmonument.
Den 18. november 1871 blev synagogen indviet sammen med menighedscentret af distriktsrabbi Abraham Adler fra Aschaffenburg. Under novemberpogromet i 1938 blev indretningen og ritualerne i synagogen ødelagt af SA-mænd. Vinduerne blev smadret, møbler og ritualer blev nedslået, og fem Torah-ruller blev revet i stykker. Efter 1945 blev bygningen ombygget til en bolig.
