Loquard er en by i kommunen Krummhörn i Aurich-distriktet i Ostfriesland. I byen bor der 614 indbyggere.
En første borg må være blevet bygget i Loquard før 2. halvdel af 1400-tallet, da den første høvding angiveligt har været Brunger I, som skulle have besiddet en borg her. Allerede under hans søn Sibrand I. fra Loquard blev den såkaldte Lyowertsnaborch i 1400 ødelagt af Hamborg og hansen i kampen mod Vitalienbrødrene. Fra borgen er ringgraven, som har en diameter på næsten 30 m, bevaret. På borgpladsen er omridset af den tidligere ca. 10 × 10 m store bygning markeret med buske og roser.
