VR-Bank Spangenberg-Morschen eG er en andelskasse med sæde i Nordhessen Spangenberg. Forretningsområdet omfatter byen Spangenberg samt kommunen Morschen.
Oprindelsen til den nuværende bank ligger i Spangenberg-kvarteret Pfieffe. Her blev der den 16. februar 1889 grundlagt en spare- og lånekasse til kooperativ penge- og vareudveksling. I 1912 fusionerede denne med Raiffeisenkasse Nausis. I 1973 blev Raiffeisenbank Spangenberg eG grundlagt gennem fusionen med Raiffeisenbank Mörshausen. Endelig blev den nuværende bank oprettet i 1991 gennem fusionen med Raiffeisenbank Morschen eG.
