Naturreservatet Steinberg / Im Hagen med en størrelse på 21,92 ha ligger syd for Ostwig i kommunen Bestwig. Området blev i 2008 udpeget som naturreservat af Hochsauerlandkreis i forbindelse med landskabsplanen for Bestwig. Siden 2004 har området været en af ti delområder i Fauna-Flora-Habitat området Huler og miner ved Bestwig og Olsberg i det europæiske beskyttelsessystem efter Natura 2000. Kun den nordøstlige del af NSG tilhører ikke FFH-området.
