Bybiblioteket i Detmold er den kommunale bibliotek i byen Detmold. Det har ligget i den klassicistiske bygning Leopoldstraße 5 siden 1985, som oprindeligt var sæde for Leopoldinum, den ældste gymnasium i Detmold.
Forløberen for bybiblioteket var bibliotektet for Uddannelsesforeningen i Detmold. Foreningen, der blev grundlagt i 1881, stillede fra starten et bibliotek til rådighed for sine medlemmer, som fra 1909 også kunne benyttes af offentligheden. Bogsamlingen blev erhvervet af byen i november 1935 og overgik i april 1940 til landeadministrationen. Opholdsstedet er ukendt.
