Volksbank Eifel eG er en andelskasse med hovedsæde i Bitburg. Virksomhedsområdet ligger i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm, i Landkreis Vulkaneifel samt i dele af Verbandsgemeinde Trier-Land. Banken har cirka 64.100 kunder.
I 1863 blev kreditforeningen for håndværkere og landmænd grundlagt. I 1942 blev den omdannet til Bitburger Bankverein eGmbH og i 1971 til Volksbank Bitburg eG. I 2002 fandt der en fusion sted med Raiffeisenbank Biersdorf eG, i 2006 med Raiffeisenbank Neuerburg-Land eG, i 2010 med Raiffeisenbank østlige Südeifel eG og i 2016 med Volksbank Eifel Mitte eG. Siden fusionen af Volksbank Bitburg eG med Volksbank Eifel Mitte eG i 2016 kaldes banken Volksbank Eifel eG. I 2022 fusionerede Volksbank Eifel eG med Raiffeisenbank Irrel eG.
