Rullesmøllen Flensburg er et vartegn og kulturminde i Flensborgs bydel Neustadt. Bygningens kompleks af en tidligere industriel kornmølle blev opført fra 1889.
Bygningen betød på daværende tidspunkt det økonomiske nedbrud for mange vindmølleoperatører fra området. I 2005 fik byen bygningen ombygget til et servicecenter. I dag ligger der forskellige kontorer, herunder callcentret for Webhelp Deutschland GmbH, samt en filial af Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse og en vinhandler, der tidligere havde sin beliggenhed ved Ballastkai ved Flensborg Havn, der hvor bygningen Klarschiff i dag ligger. Rullesmøllen betragtes som et vartegn for Neustadt.
