Grumbach er en knap seks kilometer lang, østlig og orografisk venstre biflod til Rohrbach i Saarland. Den flyder især gennem området omkring delstatshovedstaden Saarbrücken; et kort afsnit løber gennem den saarländiske Saarpfalz-Kreis.
Grumbach udspringer i Sankt Ingbert-Kirkeler skovområde. Dens kilde ligger nord for området af Saarbrücker bydelen Ensheim, omkring 700 m sydøst for St. Ingberter bydelen Sengscheid på den sydlige skråning af bjerget Steinkopf.
