Leichlingen er en mellemby i Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreis og ligger i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen. Siden den 8. juli 2013 har den haft det officielle tillægsnavn Blütenstadt.
Leichlingen ligger i den nordvestlige ende af Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreis mellem de tætbefolkede kerner Köln, Leverkusen og Düsseldorf med en flydende bygrænse til Solingen i kanten af Bergisches Land i Mellembjerglandskabet. Den kaldes også Blütenstadt på grund af sine frugtplantager.
