Jessern er en bydel i kommunen Schwielochsee i Dahme-Spreewald distriktet i Brandenburg. Indtil sammenlægningen med Schwielochsee den 26. oktober 2003 var Jessern en selvstændig kommune, der blev administreret af Lieberose kommune.
Jessern ligger i Niederlausitz cirka ni kilometer nordvest for byen Lieberose og cirka 25 kilometer nordøst for Lübben. Omkringliggende byer er Zaue mod nord, Speichrow mod nordøst, Lieberoses bydele Goschen mod øst og Doberburg mod sydøst, Lamsfeld mod syd, Mochow mod sydvest, Goyatz mod vest samt Ressen mod nordvest.
