LVR-Niederrheinmuseum Wesel er et tysk regionalmuseum, som siden 2018 har været under ledelse af Landschaftsverband Rheinland. Det tidligere Preußen-Museum har siden overtagelsen primært viet sig til historien om Niederrhein som en grænseoverskridende region i Europa i dag. Preussens rolle for regionen og byen Wesel som preussisk fæstnings- og garnisonsby skal fortsat danne en væsentlig del af den permanente udstilling.
