Naturbeskyttelsesområdet Lenzen-Wustrower Elbniederung ligger i Landkreis Prignitz i Brandenburg.
Området med nummer 1427 blev beskyttet ved forordning den 16. maj 1990. Det 999 ha store naturbeskyttelsesområde strækker sig sydøst for bymidten i Lenzen og nordvest for bymidten i Schnackenburg langs Elben og langs den landsgrænse til Niedersachsen, der løber midt i Elben. Mod nord går B 195.
