Kirken St. Leonhard er den romersk-katolske filialkirke i Prüm-Weinsfeld i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm i Rheinland-Pfalz. Kapellet tilhører sogn Niederprüm i sognsammenslutningen Prüm i bispedømmet Trier.
I Weinsfeld har der siden det 16. århundrede været en kirke, som i det 18. århundrede blev erstattet af en ny bygning. Vesttårnet af denne kirke står den dag i dag, mens det dertil tilhørende skib blev revet ned i 1961. I stedet blev der tidligere opført en salbygning på 12 × 6 meter på den modsatte side af vejen med tagrytter, spidst træloft, empore og adskillige høje smalle vinduer. Kirkepatronen er Leonhard af Limoges.
