I 1954 blev vores bageri grundlagt af bagermeister Heinrich Köbbe og hans kone Irmgard, og det videreføres nu i tredje generation. Siden 1999 har Heinrich og Irmgards søn Heribert og hans kone Antonia drevet bageriet, og i 2011 kom deres søn Heiner også ind i virksomheden. I løbet af over 60 år har vores familievirksomhed, trods løbende udvidelser og moderniseringer, ikke mistet de traditionelle rødder i bagerhåndværket af syne. Det håndværksmæssige bagetradition står stadig først for os.
