Grejs Å er en cirka 22 kilometer lang å i Vejle Kommune i Danmark. Dens kilde er Fårup Sø, syd for landsbyen Jelling. Den begynder med at bevæge sig øst gennem en tunnelsænkning, hvorefter den drejer mod syd for at løbe gennem Grejsdalen, Danmarks største kløft, indtil den når byen Vejle. Nord for Vejle deler den sig i to grene, Omløbsåen og Mølleåen. Omløbsåen løber vest om byens centrum for at mødes med Vejle Å, mens Mølleåen flyder gennem byen og munder ud i Vejle Å lige syd for byens centrum.
