Sostrup Slot er et dansk slot i Gjerrild sogn, engang i Djurs Nørre Herred, nu i Norddjurs Kommune, Danmark. Hovedbygningen blev påbegyndt i 1599 og færdiggjort i 1606.
Slottet fylder 20 hektar, med 239,8 hektar tilstødende landbrug og skov. Slottet ligger på en rektangulær skråning vest for en eng og tidligere havbund, der er forbundet med havet mellem Danmark og Sverige. Omfattende landbrug og medarbejderboliger er placeret vest for slottet.
