Falset er en kommune og by i Spanien i provinsen Tarragona, Catalonien. Den tilhører regionen Priorato, hvor den er hovedby, og kommunen har en befolkning på 2724 indbyggere.
Det var et af de første steder, der blev genbefolket efter genvindingen. Det nævnes allerede af Ramón Berenguer IV. I 1168 blev Falset slot overdraget til Pere de Déu, som fik til opgave at genbefolke det og bygge en befæstning. Den 5. maj 1191 fik han tildelt befolkningsbrev.
