Mucientes er en kommune i provinsen Valladolid, det autonome samfund Castilla og León. Det tilhører regionen Campiña del Pisuerga og er en del af den vinmæssige oprindelsesbetegnelse Cigales, som den grænser op til mod nord. Beliggende 6 kilometer sydøst for Cigales og 14 fra hovedstaden, er byen bygget omkring en højdedragt, omkring et ørkenområde, hvor der dominerer lavtliggende skov og landbrugsjord, blandt hvilke de omfattende vinmarker og kornmarker skiller sig ud.
