Blanes er en spansk kommune i La Selva regionen i provinsen Girona, i den autonome region Catalonien. Beliggende ved den gerundensiske kyst. Det er den første by ved Costa Brava, derfor er det kendt som "Portal de la Costa Brava". I romertiden blev det kaldt Blanda eller Blandae.
