Helligdommen til Jomfruen af Lourdes ligger i La Nou de Berguedà og var den første, der blev bygget i Spanien.
Det var præsten Mn. Antoni Comellas, søn af La Nou og stor hengiven til Jomfruen af Lourdes, der ønskede at bygge helligdommen. Han begyndte med et lille kapel i 1878 for at placere et billede af Mare de Déu af Lourdes. Men i takt med det store antal besøgende, som det lille kapel modtog, blev den første sten til den nuværende helligdom, i neoklassisk stil, med stor højtidelighed lagt i 1880, og den blev indviet i 1885.
På få år, helt betalt af de hengivne, blev Hovedalteret og de otte sidealter (to af dem blev ødelagt under krigen i '36) i neogotisk stil bygget. I 1915 var det helt færdigt.
