Guernica-træet er et eksemplar af en egetræ, der står foran Casa de Juntas i den baskiske by Guernica y Luno i Spanien. Dette træ symboliserer de traditionelle friheder i Biscaya og baskerne, og ved udvidelse også de baskiske friheder. Herreren af Biscaya svor at respektere de baskiske friheder under dette egetræ. Da herredømmet blev integreret i Kongeriget Castilla, blev titlen som herre af Biscaya overført sammen med titlen som konge af Castilla og senere konge af Spanien.
