Abanto y Ciérvana-Abanto Zierbena er en kommune beliggende i provinsen Biscay i den autonome region Baskerlandet i det nordlige Spanien. Administrativt har den været adskilt fra sin nabo Zierbena, som ligger cirka 5 kilometer mod nord, siden 1995; dog er navnet aldrig officielt blevet forkortet til Abanto på grund af, at der er en lille landsby med dette navn i Aragón-regionen. Langt størstedelen af kommunens befolkning bor ikke i den lille bygd Abanto, men i den tidligere mineby Gallarta, som i dag er en pendlerby for Bilbao med motorvejsforbindelse, togstation og et stort industrikvarter.
