Refugiet Ernest Mallafré er et bjergrefugium i Pyrenæerne, som ligger i provinsen Lleida, i kommunen Alto Arán, 1885 m over havets overflade, meget tæt på San Mauricio-søen.
Refugiet ligger på ruten Carros de Foc, en 55 km lang rute, der forbinder alle refugierne inden for Aiguas Tortas Nationalpark og San Mauricio-søen, meget tæt på udløbet af floden Monestero, i floden Escritá, ved foden af de emblematiske Los Encantados-bjerge.
