Sannat er en kommune i Centralmassivet i Frankrig. Den tilhører regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine, afdelingen Creuse, arrondissementet Aubusson, og kantonen Évaux-les-Bains. Indbyggerne kalder sig Sannatois.
Den grænser mod nord til Chambon-sur-Voueize, mod nordøst til Évaux-les-Bains og Saint-Julien-la-Genête, mod øst til Reterre, mod sydøst til Arfeuille-Châtain, mod sydvest til Mainsat og Saint-Priest, og mod nordvest til Tardes. Ved kommunegrænsen mod øst løber floden Chat Cros.
