Vertheuil er en fransk kommune i departementet Gironde i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine med 1.314 indbyggere. Den tilhører arrondissementet Lesparre-Médoc og kantonen Le Nord-Médoc. Indbyggerne kaldes Vertheuillais. Vertheuil ligger cirka 50 kilometer nord-nordvest for Bordeaux i Médoc. Kommunens område tilhører den regionale naturpark Médoc. Vertheuil er omgivet af nabokommunerne Saint-Germain-d’Esteuil mod nord og vest, Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne mod nordøst, Saint-Estèphe mod øst samt Cissac-Médoc mod syd.
