Château-Thierry er en fransk kommune med 15.254 indbyggere i regionen Hauts-de-France. Den er en af underpræfekturerne i departementet Aisne og sæde for fælleskommunen Région de Château-Thierry. Ifølge lokallegenden er byen opkaldt efter en borg, hvor Karl Martell angiveligt holdt Teuderik IV. fanget. I den franske revolutions æra blev byen i 1793 omdøbt til Château Égalité efter tidens mode. Senere fandt en omdøbning sted til Égalité-sur-Marne, for til sidst at vende tilbage til det oprindelige navn.
