Leulinghen-Bernes er en kommune i departementet Pas-de-Calais i Frankrig og har 412 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Boulogne-sur-Mer. I slutningen af det 14. århundrede, begyndelsen af det 15. århundrede fungerede denne oprindeligt flamske landsby som et mødested for fredsforhandlingerne mellem Frankrig og England. Den daværende statsgrænse mellem de to lande løb nemlig tværs gennem kirken i Leulinghen, som både havde en fransk og en engelsk indgang. I 1420 giftede Catharina af Valois, datter af kong Charles VI af Frankrig, sig med Henrik V af England.
