Thiron-Gardais er en kommune bestående af to bydele samt nogle landsbyer og enkeltstående gårde med 982 indbyggere i departementet Eure-et-Loir i den yderste vest del af regionen Centre-Val de Loire. Thiron-Gardais ligger på den sydlige bred af floden Thironne i den regionale naturpark Perche omkring 45 km sydvest for Chartres på en højde af ca. 260 m. Den nærmeste større by er Nogent-le-Rotrou. Klimaet er i høj grad påvirket af havet og derfor næsten frostfrit; regn falder fordelt over hele året.
