Saint-Palais er en fransk kommune med 1841 indbyggere i departementet Pyrénées-Atlantiques i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den var allerede indtil sin opløsning i 2015 hovedby i den nærliggende kanton, siden da er den hovedby i kantonen Pays de Bidache, Amikuze og Ostibarre. Gennem byen går en alternativrute for langdistancestien GR 65, som i vid udstrækning følger den historiske rute for den franske pilgrimsvej Via Podiensis.
