Lagrasse ; occitanisk: La Grassa) er en kommune i Aude-afdelingen i Occitanie-regionen i det sydlige Frankrig. I 2016 havde den en befolkning på 560. Lagrasse er en del af foreningen Les Plus Beaux Villages de France. Lagrasse ligger cirka 30 km sydøst for Carcassonne. Det ligger i dalen ved floden Orbieu, ved foden af Pyrenæerne.
