Allos er en kommune i Alpes-de-Haute-Provence-afdelingen i Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur-regionen i det sydøstlige Frankrig.
Allos er en højfjeldskommune i de sørlige alper. Kommunen oplevede en betydelig landflygtighed i det 19. århundrede, efter befolkningsbevægelserne i afdelingen. Derefter blev byen overvældet i firs år af vintersport: opførelsen af boliger og skiskydninger har ændret landskabet og bjergurbaniseringen. Økonomien blev dybt ændret med næsten alle job fundet i turisme. Traditionelle landbrugsaktiviteter fortsatte kun marginalt.
