Trignac er en fransk kommune med 7983 indbyggere i departementet Loire-Atlantique i regionen Pays de la Loire. Trignac tilhører arrondissementet Saint-Nazaire og kantonen Saint-Nazaire-2. Indbyggerne kaldes Trignacais. Trignac ligger lidt over den nordlige bred af Loire i landskabet Brière ved floden Brivet, tæt på Atlanterhavet. Den nordlige del af kommunen er en del af den regionale naturpark Brière. Trignac er omgivet af nabokommunerne Saint-Joachim mod nord, Montoir-de-Bretagne mod øst samt Saint-Nazaire mod syd og vest.
