Bormes-les-Mimosas er en kommune i den franske departement Var og har 6.324 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissement Toulon. Til kommunens område hører Île de Brégançon, en lille fæstningsø ud for kysten.
Landsbyen ligger på en bjergskråning af Massif des Maures, cirka 5 km fra Le Lavandou ved Middelhavet. Man kan gå gennem de smalle gader; der er ingen biltrafik i centrum. Landsbyen opstod i det 9. århundrede som en tilflugtssted mod pirater og saracener og er opdelt i et middelalderligt kvarter og et kvarter fra det 16. århundrede med overdækkede gangarealer.
