Thonon-les-Bains er en fransk kommune beliggende i departementet Haute-Savoie, i regionen Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Beliggende i den historiske region Chablais og mere præcist i det savoyard Chablais, ved bredden af Léman, er kommunen også en del af den urbane agglomeration Grand Genève. Det er den tredje mest befolkede kommune i departementet, efter Annecy og Annemasse, ifølge de officielle befolkningstal fra 2016.
