Agen-akvadukten (Pont-canal d'Agen) er en akvadukt, der bærer kanalen de Garonne over Garonne. Den ligger i kommunen Agen i regionen Aquitaine i Frankrig.
Akvadukten er en bygning af tilhugget sten, der består af 23 buer, hver med en spændvidde på 20 m, som ved sin færdiggørelse var den længste navigerbare akvadukt i Frankrig. Den har en længde på 539 meter, en bredde på 12,48 m og en kanalbredde på 8,82 m.
