Kloster Ubexy var fra 1841 til 2012 et fransk trappistkloster for nonner i Ubexy, nær Charmes, bispedømmet Saint-Dié.
Kloster Notre-Dame de Saint-Joseph i Ubexy blev grundlagt i 1841 af kloster Sainte-Catherine som priorat. Nonnerne drev en landbrugsvirksomhed og fra 1876 en ostevirksomhed, og i det 20. århundrede en betydelig hostiefabrik. I 2012 opgav de tilbageværende tolv nonner deres kloster og flyttede til kloster Igny.
