Château du Tholonet er et historisk slot eller bastide i Le Tholonet nær Aix-en-Provence, Frankrig.
Ejendommen blev erhvervet af Alexandre de Gallifet, der var præsident for parlamentet i Aix-en-Provence, fra d'Albertas familien i 1646. Bastiden blev færdiggjort i 1776, et årti før den franske revolution. Den blev senere arvet af Gaston Alexandre Auguste, Marquis de Galliffet, som modsatte sig opførelsen af Zola-dæmningen i 1838.
