Col de la Couillole er en pas i de sydlige Alper beliggende 1.678 meter over havets overflade, i departementet Alpes-Maritimes, i Frankrig. Mere præcist sikrer det i seks til syv måneders året vejforbindelsen mellem Cians-kløften mod vest og Tinée-dalen mod øst.
