Shadwell er en Docklands Light Railway station i Shadwell i det østlige London, England, og ligger mellem terminalerne Bank og Tower Gateway mod vest og Limehouse mod øst. Bank-udvidelsen fra 1991 tilslutter den hoved DLR-linje lige vest for Shadwell. Den ligger nær Shadwell jernbanestation for London Overground tjenester, i Travelcard Zone 2.
Denne station åbnede den 31. august 1987 som en del af den første tranche af DLR-stationer. Den ligger 50 meter vest for en tidligere station, der først blev kaldt Shadwell og derefter omdøbt til Shadwell & St. George's East, som betjente de langsomme linjer i London, Tilbury & Southend Railway, som denne sektion af DLR erstattede.
