Epping er en markedby og civilmenighed i Epping Forest-distriktet i Essex County, England. Byen ligger 17 miles nordøst for centrum af London, er omgivet af den nordlige ende af Epping Forest og på en højdedrag mellem floderne Roding og Lea.
Epping er endestationen for Londons metrolinje Central. Byen har et antal historiske bygninger, der er opført som Grade I og II. Det ugentlige marked, som går tilbage til 1253, afholdes hver mandag. I 2001 havde menigheden en befolkning på 11.047, som steg til 11.461 ved folketællingen i 2011.
