Cranham er en landsby i det engelske amt Gloucestershire. Den ligger i distriktet Stroud og findes en kilometer eller deromkring øst for A46 vejen mellem Stroud og Cheltenham. Cotswold Way langdistance-sti løber også i nærheden.
Komponisten Gustav Holst boede i Cranham i en periode, og det var der, i huset der nu kaldes 'Midwinter Cottage', at han skrev hvad der sandsynligvis er den mest kendte melodi til julesangen In the Bleak Midwinter af Christina Rossetti. En Ham-klasse minestryger, HMS Cranham, blev også opkaldt efter landsbyen.
