Epworth er en lille by og civil sogn i Isle of Axholme, North Lincolnshire, England. Byen ligger på A161, cirka halvvejs mellem Goole og Gainsborough. Som fødested for John Wesley og Charles Wesley har den givet navn til mange institutioner forbundet med metodismen. Deres far, Samuel Wesley, var rektor fra 1695 til 1735.
Epworth ligger i Isle of Axholme. Øen kaldes sådan, fordi den, indtil den blev drænet af den hollandske ingeniør Sir Cornelius Vermuyden i 1627–1629, var en indlandsø omgivet af floder, bække, moser og søer.
