Gammel Eldon Plads er en offentlig plads på Blackett Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Udover grønne områder er pladsen stedet for et mindesmærke og lokationen for byens Mindesdag ceremonie.
I 1824 blev John Dobson bestilt af Richard Grainger til at lave design til Eldon Plads. Designet var til tre terrasser, der vendte mod en central plads, hver terrasse bestod af to og en halv etage. De østlige og vestlige terrasser bestod af 27 vinduesfag, mens den nordlige terrasse havde 39 fag. Første etager havde kontinuerlige balkoner i støbejern med græsk hyldedekoration. Udover dette og de kæmpe doriske piller i enden af hver terrasse var der ingen anden dekoration. Terrasserne var beklædt med fint udskårne kvadre.
