Desford jernbanestation var en jernbanestation i Leicestershire, England, på Leicester og Swannington Railway, som senere blev en del af Midland Railway's Leicester til Burton upon Trent Line.
Den oprindelige station åbnede den 18. juli 1832; oprindeligt kaldet Desford Lane, blev den omdøbt til Desford den 26. april 1833. Denne station blev lukket den 27. marts 1848, og blev afløst af en ny station, også kaldet Desford, beliggende 135 meter vest for den oprindelige. Stationen lå ca. 0,6 miles nordøst for Desford landsby, tæt på landsbyen Newtown Unthank.
